What Was the Client’s Request?

The company’s product is presented in the form of an app and physical QR passports — pet ID tags. Each registered pet in the system has a unique QR passport, allowing quick identification of lost pets through a global animal database and helping them return home as quickly as possible.

Animal ID approached us with a request for a comprehensive launch on Amazon US. The project involved assessing the product’s market potential, determining the optimal pricing and positioning strategies, registering an Amazon account, creating product listings, setting up a trademark and Brand Registry, and launching advertising campaigns for the product.

At the account management stage:

  1. Set up product delivery to Amazon warehouses
  2. Created a separate listing for the client’s customized product series, enabled FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) delivery, and configured the customization process so customers could personalize products according to selected parameters
  3. Developed special offers for buyers in the form of product bundles (sets of different ID tags) at special prices
  4. Participated in expanding the company’s product range on Amazon
  5. Developed and adapted the pricing policy
  6. Implemented promotion strategies
  7. Increased the number of product reviews
  8. Provided comprehensive account management and ongoing support
